The Aquavida foot spa has been scientifically proven to detoxify and balance the body, in a safe and simple way by making use of the body's natural purification process by energizing the water to attract both positive and negative ions from both the water and the body. This, in turn, stimulates the body and creates a positive effect on the balancing of our well-being. The key to this system is a special high-tech array that emits a bio-energetic resonance into the water that then passes through the pathways of the body. It uses the feet as a conduit to improve ones' overall health by unblocking vital energy pathways, similar to Chinese energy medicine.
The Aquavida detoxifies in two steps:
First is the by the release of eccrine sweat into the spa itself through the thousands of eccrine sweat glands in the feet. Eccrine sweat is composed of water, sodium, postassium lactate acid, urea (acid), ammonia, serine, ornithine, citrulline (amino acid), aspartic acid, heavy metals, organic compounds and proteolytic enzymes. Second is the result of the micro-current from the arrays of positive and negative ions. This causes stimulation to individual cells in the body which releases toxins. This electrical stimulation is similar to receiving a deep tissue massage in which toxins are released into the blood stream, lymphatic system, kidney and liver for elimination. This effect lasts for 2-3 days.
