Paula Andres

 
Paula's background and education is in public policy, as she has always dreamed of making a positive difference in the world. She switched gears when she experienced the healing power of preparing fresh organic food for her friends and family, and is now dedicated to inspiring and empowering people to make healthy food choices. To gain experience she worked in three- and four-star restaurants in the San Francisco area for more than five years and took courses at the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute.

She began her "raw journey" several years ago when she began her current job in the financial markets. Lured by claims of increased energy and mental clarity she dove right into the world of green smoothies and super foods. One of Paula's current goals is to establish a restaurant and community kitchen with a garden where people can learn to incorporate more vegan and raw food in their lives. On most weekends, you'll find her at a Farmer's Market, at her sister's organic farm, or in her kitchen in a marathon session of raw food creation.
